Due to the interest in the Request for quotation “Supply – precise air conditioners”, we would like to inform about the change of the request for quotation provisions of October 1, 2020
As a result of the analysis of the technical specification and detailed design, and with regard to numerous comments from potential contractors, the minimum requirements for each of the four air conditioners have been modified – the note: “Minimum cooling capacity – 25kW (for internal temperature of 20C, humidity 50 %” has been replaced with the note “Minimum cooling capacity – 24kW (for internal temperature 20C, humidity 50%)”. With regard to the aforementioned it has been decided to extend the deadline for submitting offers until October 13, 2020 by 11:00. As a result of the introduced changes, the following files were attached to the announcement: “Request for quotation for Air Conditioning SoftSystem – update 01/10/2020” and “Appendix No 1 to the request for quotation – Offer template – update 01/10/2020”

The commissioning party informs about placing replies to inquiries submitted as part of the procedure. In connection with the replies, an obvious spelling mistake was removed and the text of Annex 2 was redrafted. The new Annex is available for download.
The information resulting from the replies, clarifications and removal of typographical errors do not affect the deadline for submitting offers.

The commissioning party informs that due to the state of epidemic introduced in Poland, related to the escalation of the global coronavirus pandemic, it was decided to update the provisions of the request for quotation in point “XI. PLACE, DATE and METHOD OF SUBMITTING OFFERS”. The introduced changes are prompted by the potential risk that bidders will not be able to deliver the offer in the manner provided for in the request for quotation (in person, by traditional mail or courier), for reasons beyond the bidder’s control (delays in the functioning of courier companies and postal services). Due to the risk described above, it was decided to introduce a provision on the possibility of sending the offer by e-mail in the form of a scan of the offer previously sent by post / courier, in order to confirm that actions were taken to deliver the offer within the deadline specified in the request. We would also like to inform that along with the scan of the offer sent in paper version, the confirmation of sending the parcel with the offer by post / courier must be attached. We emphasize that the offer sent electronically is only a confirmation of sending the offer in paper form and does not release the tenderer from the obligation to submit the offer in paper form. Due to this situation, it was also decided to extend the deadline for submitting offers until 04/03/2020 by 11:00 a.m. At the same time, we would like to inform that if you choose to deliver the offer by traditional mail or courier and confirm the offer by e-mail (by sending a scan sent in the form of a paper offer by e-mail), the latest acceptable date for sending the offer is 04/01/2020. This is due to the assumption that this date should ensure that the parcel can be delivered within the time limit specified in the request for quotation, in accordance with the standard delivery time by postal and courier operators. Due to the introduced changes, an updated file with the request for quotation has been attached – RISC Softsystem Request for quotation – updated on March 25, 2020.

Due to the situation related to the quarantine imposed on the areas where some of the factories producing components for network devices are located (including, in particular, in the territory of the PRC) and the resulting extension of order fulfillment terms to 90 days, the Commissioning Party decided to extend order fulfillment date until 06/30/2020. At the same time, we would like to inform that due to the planned completion date of the project and long, 90-day terms of waiting for the implementation of orders, the deadline for submitting offers will not change.
In connection with the abovementioned, the updated files have been attached: “Request for quotation_ Supply – Network and communication infrastructure of R&D center, updated 03/06/2020”. The provision in the announcement point ‘Order completion schedule’ was also modified.

SoftSystem Sp. z o.o. is carrying out a project co-financed from European Funds “Risk stratification in organ transplantation process – research and development on algorithms and IT platform for transplantation centers”
The subject matter of the planned work is research on the development of a new set of IT tools intended to provide comprehensive support for transplant teams.
The aim of the project is to create a virtual portal that integrates algorithms and patterns to assess the risk of transplantation into one easy-to-use tool. The proposed portal could be used in both retrospective and prospective analysis. The innovative aspect of the project involves the collection of cohort data in order to determine unified risk ratios that qualify a given match to a specific risk group and to assess whether it is reasonable to search for a better match. At the same time, the intention directly resulting from the main objective is also the realization of the material scope and achievement of the assumed project indicators.

R&D works on development of an expert system for analyzing data obtained from breast cancer tissue using nuclear magnetic resonance imaging
The project concerns the development of a new set of IT tools to provide comprehensive support for research teams in the field of advanced analytics of nuclear magnetic resonance data to support the diagnosis and personalization of breast cancer treatment. The solution will enable the analysis of the breast cancer image recorded in vivo and will create an extensible mechanism for processing, analyzing and drawing conclusions based on medical data obtained from the clinic and scientific laboratories.
The aim of the project is to accomplish R&D works on development of an expert system for analyzing data obtained from breast cancer tissue using nuclear magnetic resonance imaging thus supporting the economic growth of Podkarpacie.

The main purpose of the project is creating a research and development center for conducting research work in the field of information technologies designed to be used in medical science.
Withing the project, the proponent is aiming to create the research and development center from scratch. As a result of the project SoftSystem is to significantly increase its research and development potential, which will allow for boosting development activities, mainly on foreign markets.
